Meet us for Yoga in the Gardens at Botanica! Take a moment for yourself to just breathe, move and be surrounded by the beauty of Botanica. This all levels yoga class will focus on combining gentle stretching poses with conscious breathing and proper alignment to help you feel stronger and more grounded.
