Meet us for Yoga in the Gardens! Take a moment for yourself to just breathe, move and be surrounded by the beauty of Botanica. This all levels yoga class will focus on combining gentle stretching poses with conscious breathing and proper alignment to help you feel stronger and more grounded. This all levels yoga class is perfect for beginner yoga students who want to experience a deeper connection with their bodies while building strength and resilience; intermediate and advanced yoga students will still be able to find opportunities for growth and ways to deepen their practice all within a safe and supportive space.
